Edmund Pries, PhD, has a diverse background as a university professor and consultant in areas of business and education. As a university instructor he is well known for his global perspective on both historical events and current issues. He has written business and development plans for new universities and created marketing plans for businesses.
Edmund has served as director of educational programs for the Central Canadian Chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute, North America's top designation for Commercial Investment Real Estate. Edmund's areas of expertise include: financial analysis, market analysis and decision analysis as well as advanced techniques in marketing and leasing.
Edmund's real estate clientele cover the broad spectrum of the community. He has a significant niche with charities and non-profit organizations and is respected for matching a property’s features and performance with an investment group's portfolio criteria. Joan Pries has worked in property management since 1998 and has extensive experience in the residential, commercial, student housing and condominium markets. Joan is a real estate broker, a member of the Waterloo Region Apartment Management Association and has studied with the Institute of Housing Management. Joan regularly upgrades her proficiency in property management accounting and, in real estate, employment and property management programs.
As a project manager and building consultant Joan provides investors and buyers with property evaluations for immediate and potential repairs, maintenance and up-grades of a building. Her extensive background includes the renovation and reconstruction of housing and commercial buildings as well as historical properties.

Danijela Macakanja has accepted roles of increasing responsibility in property management since she first entered the industry in 2003. Today she manages numerous client contracts for CITYCORP Management Inc. Danijela first studied business and administration in her native Croatia. She continues her education through the Institute of Housing Management and regular upgrades in property management accounting and software programs.
